Terms of Service

The boring but necessary part

Who you are buying from

Make America Edible Again is a small merchandise shop operated as a sole proprietorship in the State of Florida. Reach us any time at MakeAmericaEdibleAgain@gmail.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Apparel, yard signs, drinkware and stickers. Everything is printed to order by our production partner, Printful, and shipped directly to you. Because each item is made after you order it, nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to be restocked or returned.

Colors on your screen will not match the printed product exactly. Screens vary, fabric dye lots vary, and printed ink sits differently on cotton than it does on glass. Small variations in placement and color are normal and are not defects.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We collect sales tax where we are required to. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typo or a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor the mistake. We will tell you if that happens.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are printed to order, so allow roughly 2 to 5 business days for production before the item ships, plus 3 to 5 days in transit.

We will ship your order within the time stated at checkout. If we cannot, we will contact you with a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund at that point. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands.

If tracking shows a package as delivered and you do not have it, contact the carrier first, then tell us. We will look at those individually, but we are not able to guarantee replacement for packages the carrier has marked delivered.

Returns

Every item is made specifically for you after you order it, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for ordering the wrong size, or for not liking it in person. Please check the size guide before ordering.

We will replace or refund an item, at our discretion, in these cases:

Email us within 30 days of delivery at MakeAmericaEdibleAgain@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the shipping label. We usually will not ask you to mail anything back.

Orders cancelled before production starts are refunded in full. Once printing has begun we cannot cancel, because the item already exists and it has your design on it.

Using our designs

The artwork, copy and design on this site belong to us. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt. It does not give you the right to reproduce the artwork, print it yourself, or resell it.

What this merchandise is

Our products are political and satirical commentary. Nothing here is endorsed by, affiliated with, or produced in coordination with any candidate, campaign, party committee, or public official, and no purchase is a campaign contribution. Buying a shirt does not donate to anyone. It buys a shirt.

Limits

We sell shirts. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow those limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as that state permits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and the version in effect when you ordered is the one that applies to your order.

Questions about any of this go to MakeAmericaEdibleAgain@gmail.com and a human will answer.
