What we collect,
and who sees it
Last updated September 28, 2026
Short version: we collect what we need to print your order and mail it to you. We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not want your data for anything other than getting you your shirt.
What we collect
- Order information. Your name, shipping address, email address, what you bought, and the size.
- Payment information. Handled entirely by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that you paid and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic site data. Standard web server information such as your browser type and the pages you visited.
- Your cart. Stored in your own browser on your own device. It never reaches us until you check out.
Why we collect it
To produce your order, ship it, email you a receipt and tracking, answer you if something goes wrong, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with the companies that make the order happen:
- Printful, our print and fulfillment partner, receives your name and shipping address so it can print and mail your order.
- Our payment processor receives your payment details directly from you and processes the charge.
- Shipping carriers receive your address so they can deliver the package.
- Law enforcement or a court, if we are legally required to.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not rent, trade or hand over our customer list, and we are not going to start.
We email you about your order. If you separately opt in to hear from us, you can unsubscribe from any of those emails and we will stop.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for support, accounting and tax purposes, which is generally several years. Ask us to delete what is not legally required and we will.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can email us to ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on your state, including California, you may have a formal right to those things and to not be treated differently for asking. We apply the same answer to everyone, so just ask: MakeAmericaEdibleAgain@gmail.com.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and payment details go directly to our payment provider rather than through our own form. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not hold the sensitive material in the first place.
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
Anything unclear, email MakeAmericaEdibleAgain@gmail.com and a human will answer.
